  • Welcome to our web site Forty Nine years have passed since Micro Biological Laboratory, Inc. (MICROLAB) first engaged in the manufacture of prepared microscope slides for educational purposes. Since then, MICROLAB has expanded and evolved to become one of the Philippines leading supplier of quality medical, hospital, laboratory, research and industrial instruments.

  • Garnering Recognition for Excellence MICROLAB was awarded the much-coveted Sales Contract from the Educational Development Projects Task Force (EDPITAF). It was a project that gave MICROLAB the biggest growth. MICROLAB was also awarded exclusive distributorship of the Automatic Blood Gas Analyzers by Radiometer International in 1980 and Carl Zeiss Light Microscope Division in 1983. The Department of Health also granted MICROLAB the contract to supply 1, 300 Binko Monocular Microscopes for its Rural Health Programs in 1981.

Services

Over the years, we have been able to establish with our princpals as well as suppliers a well-equipped service and technical support group. Our engineers, who are factory trained regional and local engineers and technicians, take care of the installations of electronic equipment and systems, both hardware and software.

Operator and end user training are facilitated by our specialist and the regional product specialist of our principals. Training is comprehensive and caters to our clients’ growing need to be totally familiarized with the use and applications of the various instruments we supply from physical structure, handling and functionality.

Our service is extended to our clients across the spectrum from sales to after sales support through regular preventive maintenance service contract and case-to-case service requirements.

We were able to establish together with our principals/suppliers a well equipped service and technical support group.

Installation of electronic instruments and systems (hardware-software) are performed by our group which are factory trained local engineers and technicians, and those from our principal's regional support offices.

Training of operators and end users on systems are done on site by our specialist and regional product specialist of our principals. The group fully compliments the growing needs of "customer-backup", on the use and applications of various instruments we supply.

After sales service, for instruments and system we supply may be opted in two ways:

Through regular preventive maintenance service contracts
Case-to-case service requirements

We are lucky to have the 3 units of Berchtold Chromopare D540 operating light. The specs really suits our requirements and we are very happy with the results of our OR. Less to maintain because of the single bulb feature, cheaper bulb, produces white light and most of all emits shadows from the operating field.
