We were able to establish together with our principals/suppliers a well equipped service and technical support group.

Installation of electronic instruments and systems (hardware-software) are performed by our group which are factory trained local engineers and technicians, and those from our principal's regional support offices.

Training of operators and end users on systems are done on site by our specialist and regional product specialist of our principals. The group fully compliments the growing needs of "customer-backup", on the use and applications of various instruments we supply.

After sales service, for instruments and system we supply may be opted in two ways:

  • Through regular preventive maintenance service contracts
  • Case-to-case service requirements
